About you
- Bachelor degree, preferably in psychology or human resource management
- Min 3-4 years of proven work experience in related fields
- Excellent business acumen
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in both English and Bahasa
- Effective interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a effective attention to detail.

What you will do
- Manage effective communication and relationship with Directorates
- Act as business consultant of Human Capital matters
- Oversee HC functions including People support services, People Acquisition, and General Affairs
- Manage HC projects for the internal client and involves in other HC functions to ensure that the solution is relevant and fulfills services level agreement
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
- Culture & values activation plan to promote company culture and values through information sharing and providing examples.
- Act as a single point of contact for Lead above to support in operational, tactical, and strategic matters in collaboration with all HC team
