Your main duties in flying with us
- Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized TA reports
- Actively work with various datasets to generate people trends, insights, conclusions, and recommendation
- (try to) Propose insights and recommendations to drive effective Talent Acquisition strategies
- Respond to TA data requests on an ad hoc basis (e.g: Steercom, All-hands, etc) by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources
- Partner with another department in regards to data analyses or synchronisation, e.g: People Partner, etc
- Work together with TA to create project initiative (e.g: Create Manual Lever for Visual Insight, etc)
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare
- Strong in analytical
- Good communication skills, speak up and able to propose new insights/recommendation
- Familiar with google data studio and Ms Excel
