About the Role
A payroll specialist is primarily responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay, including managing the administration of social contribution data and payout. Other duties include cooperating with different departments to increase payroll service performance and improve upon the payroll system
What you'll do
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurately based on the timeline
- To provide a timely, accurate, efficient, and effective payroll report
- Calculating, reporting, and ensuring all of BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPh 21 are processed accurately.
- Perform the effectiveness of work processes associated with payroll
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Managing internal employees as main stakeholders for any payroll related questions
What we're looking for
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Required skill(s): PPH 21, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- At least 2-3 years of overall experience in Payroll
- Experienced in using HRIS program related to Payroll
- Ability to handle confidential information
Nice to have
- English proficiency
- Having experience in HR Improvement and policies is a plus
