WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Handle payroll and administration related
  • HR system administrator (BIPO)
  • Maintain employee database (soft copy and hard copy)
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as attendance, leave, insurance, BPJS, and other employee benefit administration
  • Provide HR monthly report related to payroll and general HR data
  • Employee transportation management
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Participate in various HR projects


THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • Min. 1-2 years experience in payroll and HR admin
  • Understanding basic accounting
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Knowledge in employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge in MS Excel
  • Good English communication skills
