WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Handle payroll and administration related
- HR system administrator (BIPO)
- Maintain employee database (soft copy and hard copy)
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as attendance, leave, insurance, BPJS, and other employee benefit administration
- Provide HR monthly report related to payroll and general HR data
- Employee transportation management
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Participate in various HR projects
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Min. 1-2 years experience in payroll and HR admin
- Understanding basic accounting
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Knowledge in employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge in MS Excel
- Good English communication skills
