What You Need:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in payment or financial industry.
  • Experience in being a part of product/solution delivery team, including roadmap planning & prioritization.
  • Working knowledge of product development architecture preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
  • Ability to manage & influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve organization’s desired outcomes.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work in ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business sense and ability to focus on the bigger picture while not losing sight of details.
  • High ownership of product & project assigned.

You will:
  • Research, determine & pitch ideas related to OVO payment ecosystem needs based on user behavior and competitive landscape.
  • Act as Business PIC for various strategy planning & implementation across the payment team.
  • Work with product delivery team to plan & prioritize product backlog items.
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments toward successful product deliveries & implementation.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement & expectations pertaining to product features releases.
  • Monitor existing product portfolio key metrics and identify growth levers.
  • Identify existing product pain points and gaps to be solved.
