Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot digital payment issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Investigate and analyze root causes of payment operations issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and/or business partners to resolve issues and implement improvement initiatives.
- Monitor payment operations performance and generate performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payment operations.
- Strong understanding of digital payments detail process e.g VA transaction.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to identify and analyze issues efficiently.
- Understanding of process improvement methods and experience in implementing process improvements.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Spreadsheet is essential.
- Proficiency in SQL is preferred .Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
- Proficiency in data management and report generation.
