In January 2020, we had a successful Initial Public Offering and raised more than 209 billion rupiahs in funds from our public stock offering, more than we targeted to achieve. Recently Amar Bank was awarded as The Best Bank in Mortgage 2020 Book 2 category by 2002. In early July, we launched our newest innovative product named Senyumku in addition to our existing other products such as Tunaiku, Nabungyuk, and Tunaiku Invest. Today we have more than 1000 employees and that number keeps growing.

Job Description

  • Manage various responsibilities on all performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ad Network, Programmatic ads
  • Monitoring and optimizing all campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ad Networks, Programmatic ads
  • Manage creatives and all ad asset creation, in collaboration with creatives and the design team
  • Performing research on potential users behavior which correlate with designing the roadmap for campaign targeting and optimization
  • Updates on all performance marketing platforms new features 

Requirements

  • Demonstrate outstanding min. 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field. Working with fintech, e-commerce, banking or retail product would be an advantage
  • Having Experience in Planning and execution (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other social media platforms)
  • Having experience with Google Ads (Search, App Campaign, and Display Network), Facebook Ads
  • Having experience using Web and App Analytics Platforms such as Firebase (or Google Analytics for Firebase), Google Analytics, Google Play Console, know Google Tag Manager would be good, MMP (such as Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, etc)
  • High analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Must be able to take and achieve targets to the responsibilities. 
  • Certified Google Ads, Facebook Ads or other Digital Marketing related certifications / Training / Bootcamp
