Working with a team of diverse external outsourcers agencies and in-house personnel to ensure the operational process in terms of outsourcing are running well

1. Be a project owner to leading all projects related to outsourcing

2. Creating and streamlining the outsourcing process and workflow, ensure the delivery of outsourcing programs and their implementation

3. Negotiate contract terms and conditions and budgets, striving to ensure that pricing and resourcing are competitive

4. Minimize regulatory, legal, and financial risks

5. Track and report all negotiated savings and cost avoidance per contract

6. Design and analyze KPIs in line with outsourcing strategy in order to drive continuous improvement

7. Assessing the quality of outsourcing agency regarding the quality and performance

8. Liaising with internal tax, finance & compliance teams in terms of the outsourcing process

9. Outsourcing reporting and data insight for internal management reporting, presenting management accounts to the Board level;

10. Being the key contact for all outsourcing agencies and responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to internal clients.1.
