Your main duties in flying with us:
- Develop short and long-range strategic plans related to OD, performance, and talent management
- To lead the implementation of organization design and strategy
- To design a performance management system, focus on managing individual performance
- Collaborate with other functions. May also contribute to the top corporate strategic planning process
- To develop, monitor, and manage the team.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the related position
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Have extensive experience related to Organization Design
- Have extensive experience related to Business Partnership
- Have extensive experience related to Performance Management
- Have extensive experience related to Talent Management
- Have proven leadership competencies such as Business Acumen, People Development, and Conflict Management
- Strong in analytical thinking and decision-making
- Strong in performance management
