About the role:
Manage end-to-end projects that are driven by product quality issues, the role is responsible for the full effective resolution of the issue by using a structured problem-solving methodology including budgeting and financial follow-up together with stakeholder management. Furthermore, reporting to stakeholders and close interaction with customers is a vital part of the role.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities):
● Overall accountable for managing Quality Issue projects.
● Setting team with the right resources and ensuring commitment from management
● Responsible for determining the technical risk and also the financial impact that the quality issue
potentially can cause.
● Responsible for the root cause analysis for both source, escape and system root causes Responsible for the project deliverables targeting the best quality in a timely manner.
● Making the Budget for the overall project. This includes the cost for developing field solutions as well as the budget for field execution.
● Support any field-related issues that can bring the quality issue execution at risk.
What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):
● Bachelor degree, preferably in the areas of Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related business, or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing, production, or distribution environment and applicable management/supervisory experience
● Advanced knowledge of structured problem solving (Black Belt certification preferred or similar experience)
● Demonstrated proficiency in structured problem-solving tools required (DMAIC, Statistical Process Control, Kaizen, Process Mapping, 5S, Fishbone, etc.)
● Change agent with strong credibility and influence while working in cross-functional teams
● Experience leading and influencing a team with a common or shared goal, providing direction and coaching for performance and development
● Proven strength in problem-solving and advanced data/statistical analysis
● Project management skills including scoping, problem statements, goal definition, and timeline
management
