PLAY3 by EVOSVERSE is part of ATTN’s unique gaming ecosystem in Southeast Asia. In addition to PLAY3 by EVOSVERSE, ATTN also houses one of the largest e-sport units in the region, EVOS E-sports; a creator economy unit, WHIM; and an online gaming unit, Noctua. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Having at least 1 year experience in related position
- Has experience in Gaming industry
- Clear understanding of setting KPIs and demonstrating ROI related to events and partnerships
- A creative eye and entrepreneurial spirit
- Demonstrable experience in project management, driving both cross-functional and offsite teams
- Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to align stakeholders to a vision
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate strong relationships
- A team player willing to support event planning and execution in any way
- Highly adaptable and able to respond in a solutions-oriented way to obstacles and change
Responsibilities
- Carrying out and overseeing the implementation of university collaboration and identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration prospects
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders (university partners and external vendors) regarding the establishment of EVOS Experience Zone
- Maintaining communication with our university partners, boosting engagement and participation within the university, and conducting various program activities to compliment aforementioned priorities
- Overseeing and managing existing EVOS Experience Zone, include but not limited to, every manpowers, programs, and cafe progress
- Assisting Operations Lead in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions related to university projects and other tasks as assigned
- Supporting the operations team and HUB entirety when joint-program collaborations are to be expected, includes but not limited to, presenting fresh and innovative ideas and approaches
- Creating a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of each project within university (constantly measuring project performance)
- Controlling and detailing budget flows for university projects related or other projects as requested
- Coordinating with other departments/tribes for the flawless execution of projects or potential collaborations
- Solving problems in immediate manners, reporting and escalating to upper management when needed
- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive project documentation
- Supervising Operation Associates and EVOS Agents for the successful completion of the projects
