Operations Project Management

Job Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end project management process from planning to reporting with focus in process improvement and contingency plans

• Sort out business priorities and maintain an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact

• Responsible for communication to respective stakeholders coming from both internal and external parties, local & regional-levels for alignment process

• Lead by demonstrating a clear understanding of operational process

• Execute project evaluation review to assess project management results and metrics

Requirements

• Candidate must have by minimum 4 years of working experience preferably from Consulting (not mandatory), Project Management, or Operational Excellence backgrounds

• Candidate must converse well in Bahasa Indonesia & English languages

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
