Operations Planning Manager

Leading new process/product launch, project implementation, and any strategic business expansion in operation area.
Prepare launch plan, project manages the execution, propose operational flow for cross-functional processes, prepare dashboard and reporting to monitor performance tracking post-launch.
Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop an analysis that leads to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and operations.
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization for various processes related to credit underwriting and operation.
Lead preparation of cross-functional weekly / biweekly cadences. This includes providing timely and accurate financial management information and analysis for performance monitoring and decision-making.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant work streams (E-commerce, Logistics, Management Consulting, Project Management).
Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
Strong in multiple tasks and able to present and manage projects end to end.
Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Fluent in English is mandatory.
