- Leading new process/product launch, project implementation, and any strategic business expansion in operation area.
- Prepare launch plan, project manages the execution, propose operational flow for cross-functional processes, prepare dashboard and reporting to monitor performance tracking post-launch.
- Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop an analysis that leads to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization for various processes related to credit underwriting and operation.
- Lead preparation of cross-functional weekly / biweekly cadences. This includes providing timely and accurate financial management information and analysis for performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant work streams (E-commerce, Logistics, Management Consulting, Project Management).
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
- Strong in multiple tasks and able to present and manage projects end to end.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
