Job Description

  • Perform day-to-day due-diligence review of employee’s payroll in accordance to the applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Properly record and maintain documentation of necessary supporting documents
  • Escalate any findings or irregularity on the client's transaction to respective parties
  • Oversee employee’s transaction monitoring and investigations, including filing suspicious transaction reporting 
  • Conduct appropriate levels of due diligence on accounts based on the customer's risk score

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the payroll area is a must 
  • Solid experience in ensuring the accuracy of payroll data 
  • Experience dealing with all level of management
  • Experience in handling payroll administrations 
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written Detail-oriented & tedious
