About the role

Take care of all customer related aspects concerning the quality of service on a daily basis.


What you will be doing

Deal effectively with customer complaints.

  • To be the Bolloré Logistics Quality Representative for the customer
  • Arrange the quality meetings with the customer
  • Attend to the customer on each non-compliance issue or involve the operational staff for resolutions
  • Prepare, assess and facilitate the quality indicators. Put in place improvement actions in case of non-achievement of objectives with the operational staff
  • Carry out the root cause analysis or the 8D based on a scientific analysis (Pareto, etc...)

Customer system

  • Manage the single action plan
  • Set out and update the following documents (according to the Bolloré template or failing that, the client's one):
    • Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
    • Risk analysis

Quality System

  • Set the operating procedures with the operational staff
  • Validate with the operations manager the list of key positions and any changes in personnel on these positions
  • Manage the customer audits within its scope

Other

  • Hold necessary training sessions / awareness-raising to ensure continued good customer service
  • Report to the quality coordinator on any customer malfunctions and convey the reporting ad hoc,
  • Respect the existing quality standards.

Vertical (Aero, automotive, Pharma)

Carry out the sensitization related to the customers specificities:

Aero:

  • FOD, ESD, EN9120, Suspicions parts, PART145,...
  • Establish specific programs (FOD, ESD.)

The successful candidate

Technical

  • Knowledge of standards in particular EN 9120 is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in direct or related fields is required for this position
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
