Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.
Job Descriptions
- Update and report to Online Operations Manager
- Assist Operations Manager in initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring online class operations
- Execute online class operations including but not limited to students registration, class & teacher scheduling, learning supporting tools & media, and student’s certificate & progress report
- Collaborate with Education Consultant to help Sales activity
- Integrate with Academics Division related to curriculum & teacher
- Coordinate with Teachers related to class, students, schedule, curriculums, etc
- Attend weekly company and division meetings
- Participate in team-building and learning activities
Job Requirements
- At least bachelor in any major
- Critical and structured thinking
- Experience in the education sector operations is a plus
- Proficient in Ms. Excel
- Excellent project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Willing to learn, share, and collaborate with other team member
