We are looking for a Micro Acquisition Sr. Team Leader for our dynamic and lean Sales - Micro team in Jakarta. Our ideal teammate will Have understanding in financing business or have network in a pharmacy segment with basic financing knowledge . You’re comfortable working in the fast-paced environment of a fintech in growth mode, while also having an eye for the nuances that make or break a brand!
What you will do:
- Acquire new leads for Micro Business Term Loan Financing Product
- Penetrate Modalku Term Loan Financing product for new segment (pharmacy and/or electronics) in the market
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful disbursement
- Manage Micro Acquisition team members
- Ensure achievement of the target given
- Drive sales in the new segment or industry
- Generate weekly reports and insights
What we are looking for:
- Min. 7 years experience in Financial Institutional or Fintech companies with experience in sales lending divisions or experience in Online Pharmacy with financing knowledge
- Min. 3 years experience in managing team members
- Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve problems
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure (target, time, limited resources, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create a strong network of relationships to penetrate new market especially in Micro Lending Business
- Self-motivated, with a passion to transform the business.
- Great interpersonal and relationship building skills, with proven ability to optimise both internal and external contacts.
