We are a startup in mission to unlock human potential, empowering people to prosper doing what they love. We are now looking for an exceptional Mentor Management Operation Intern who will play a key significant role in visualizing brand guidelines to communicate information. In this role you will:
- Handle all administrative mentor management processes, including mentor contracts and payments.
- Manage and ensure the mentor database keeps updated.
- Support the mentor retention program.
- Coordinate with mentor management stakeholders.
Desired Experiences:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree; any major may apply.
- Having 1+ years of experience in managing a mentor or talent administration, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and good at managing stakeholders.
- Well-organized and have good attention to detail.
- High independence and ability to learn quickly in a new environment or function.
