Marketing Manager (Dyson, Indonesia)
The successful candidate is responsible for brand building initiatives in the local markets to establish strong brand image and awareness to recruit and retain customers.
She / he is responsible for the full spectrum of brand marketing (product management, media, ecommerce, PR, visual merchandising, launching new products as well as animating key pillars, etc...) with the objectives of growing the brand love and market share.
Responsibilities:
Being the head of Marketing department, she / he is responsible for the development of the individuals in her / his team when they are in place. Closely working with other departments such as Retail, Training, Customer development and Business Control, she / he should demonstrate not only the functional capabilities, but also leadership and represents the brand rightly.
Brand Marketing
- Develop and implement product marketing plan in consistency and at scale in Indonesia market.
- Bring the Brand strategy to life and constantly explore new opportunities to win market share.
- Ensure all marketing collaterals online and offline, POSM, samples meant for the launches are well prepared and delivered accordingly for maximum impact.
- Direct responsibility and accountability on building and managing budget plans.
- Responsible for accurate and timely phasing of A&P management.
- Ensure forecast accuracy of products with timely submission and follow-up.
- Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitors’ activities and plan proactive actions.
- Cultivate the Brand passion both internally and externally.
- Be a proactive partner and collaborator to the regional team by providing timely reporting and feedback
Animation and Events
- Implement animation plan by door for events and promotions with qualitative executions to maximize commercial returns.
- Communicate the upcoming activities and marketing initiatives to the Sales team in a regular and timely manner to make sure that the plans are successfully executed.
- Actively explore CRM opportunities, translate the CRM insights into marketing activities to drive the customer recruitment, engagement, premiumization and localization.
- To work closely with Education Manager & Sales Manager team to develop and coordinate integrated marketing to create consumer-centric demand campaigns and activation which will generate positive and direct impact on sales.
Media & Communications (PR)
- Close liaison with Regional for guidelines to plan and allocate media budget to meet Brand objectives.
- Maintain a competitive media spend by channel, constantly review media plan with Regional to ensure budget is optimized with the best media executions and objectives are met.
- Constantly explore digital and social media platforms to create omni-channel strategy to expand reach.
- Cultivate close rapport with press to secure good coverage of our product launches and business pillars.
- Be creative in PR and PR community’s engagement to steer our position.
Retail Design and Visual Merchandising
- Lead the retail design and visual merchandising team for local execution:
- Retail design: involvement with Brand Manager on architecture design in the renovation and new store opening.
- Visual merchandising: ensure consistency across all POS in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for all animations and events including design, set up and budget allocation.

Technical skills:
- Operational marketing experience within the luxury beauty or electronic industry is advantageous.
- Good communication skills in both oral and written manner.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and Powerpoint
Profile:
- At least 7 years of relevant experiences.
- Positive, dynamic and confident.
- Structured thinker, at the same time articulate.
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines from an accredited institution.
- Excellent in written and spoken English
