Job Description
- Manage and lead platform management team under the Campaign Gamification, and take ownership of team development and performance
- Conceptualize and drive overall platform strategies towards better user engagement and profitability.
- Sustain overall platform’s growth by continuously performing quantitative & qualitative analysis to drive funnel optimisation as well as developing recommendations and implementing improvements.
- Drive overall platform towards profitability through P&L management and asset monetisation.
- Support platform’s growth by devising initiatives of campaign programme, social media and community.
- Drive operational excellence through implementation of continuous improvement cycle and risk culture in order to deliver high-quality products as well as improving internal process quality.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, such as Business Intelligence, Creative Team, Communication, Marketing Operations team to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns and operations.
- Build, manage and drive a team to achieve KPIs and business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 6+ years of experience in product or project management, UI/UX, management consulting, mobile marketing, internet, or eCommerce preferred
- Able to utilize different tools and resources to achieve desired results
- Excellent organizational abilities and prioritization of initiatives; strong project management skills, and has the ability to breakdown big picture ideas into smaller actionable items
- Strong leadership skills, performance-driven and possesses a high sense of work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
