Job Description :
- Work alongside with the team to build SeaBank’s brand equity to be top-of-mind in digital bank
- Assist in developing marketing strategy and map out the tasks needed to implement that strategy, with key focus in offline channels
- Actively collaborate across different channels on campaign end to end planning, execution, monitoring and report
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of SeaBank’s products, market developments, consumer insights as well as competitor strategies to implement effective marketing campaigns
- Perform research, analysis and present findings as required
- Monitor marketing budgets spend effectiveness against the team’s KPIs
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing and project management
- Demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking with structured communication and data-driven critical thinking
- Strong excel and powerpoint skills are required
