The Role

You will have the front-seat experience and exposure in impacting women across the country by the awareness you will be initiating through influencers, media, and community events. The role will be the liaison for KOL, external media partners, brand partnerships, as well as internal cross-functional teams and focused on best practices and needs across deliverables. Reporting to Marketing Executive (PR & Community) and working closely with the Indonesia and HQ Brand team, you will play a pivotal role for Love, Bonito’s growth and market expansion through owning the mindshare of women across Indonesia.


Main Responsibilities :

Assisting Media Operations

  • Reaching out and collecting rate cards from key selections media outlets (existing and new media to LB) – this include sending media pitch deck and inquiring coverage fee.
  • Together with Marketing Executive (PR & Community), assist in fostering genuine and lasting relationships with the media.
  • Assist in sending out press releases to media outlets in a timely manner and help day-to-day communications with Media.
  • Assist Marketing Executive (PR & Community) to vet and proofread soon-to-be published media coverage.
  • Gather coverage insights and report to Marketing Executive (PR & Community).

Influencer Strategy

  • Assisting Marketing Executive (PR & Community) on daily operations of Online Own (OO) and Online Partner (OP) KOL push.
  • Take part and assist in building genuine relationships with KOLs through care/ birthday kits.
  • Generate weekly KOL Catalog based on Merchandising launch plan, MKTG Buy quantity, stock level on system.
  • Reaching out and managing KOL’s posting date in a timely manner.
  • Manage product lending and seeding requests.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop PR Kits whenever necessary.
  • On a weekly basis, update KOL clipping sheet and PDP image asset sheet.
  • KOL care kit: Keeping track of the KOL birthday date, suggesting suitable gifts vendors and handling delivery of the gift.
  • Ad hoc: Assist PR & Community Executive during project management be it Events, Brand Partnership or CSR campaign.



Requirements & Experiences :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related studies.
  • 1-2 internship experience in marketing, public relations, communications, or related fields.
  • Preferably female & advocate of the female voice.
  • Has a genuine interest in the fashion industry (specifically in fashion influencers and fashion media scene).
  • Great copywriting skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • A fun, energetic, and charismatic personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
