Business ManagementSupport in owning and managing P&L and budgetActively own & lead strategic and operational planning processesManage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Actively identify, define, manage, deliver outcomes of such projectsTrack and report on business health & performance, and take corrective actions to meet goalsPlay a key role in internal and external stakeholder management (product, growth, data, risk, trust & safety, sales, legal, finance, people etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the overall strategy for the payments business
- Actively work on defining our competitive advantage and prioritize our execution plans
- Break up large, complex problems into manageable modules, assign resources with least competing priorities, communicate expectations to deliver outcomes for each component
- Be able to communicate strategy and business requirements to both senior management and working teams via BRDs, strategy documents, planning documents, etc
- Support in owning and managing P&L and budget
- Actively own & lead strategic and operational planning processes
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Actively identify, define, manage, deliver outcomes of such projects
- Track and report on business health & performance, and take corrective actions to meet goals
- Play a key role in internal and external stakeholder management (product, growth, data, risk, trust & safety, sales, legal, finance, people etc.)
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience, with strong preference for candidates with background in top-tier management consulting, venture capital or P&L/Strategy/Founders' Office roles
- Prior experience working in payments / fintech is a plus
- Proficiency in English and bahasa
