Job Description

develop, maintain, and improve Collection policies, strategies, conduct data analyis, supervize, evaluate Collection process conducted by partners, and propose and execute any improvements for Collections\
Setting repayment collection goals and targets for the department.
Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding loan
Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding loan.
Ensuring that the collection policies is in line with country regulations.
Preparing weekly and monthly feedback reports on payment collections.
Supervise collection operations carried out by partners to achieve the set targets.
Do the check and balance mechanism on the invoices claimed by partners.
Propose and execute improvements to always maintain best results.

Requirements

You have 5 years’ experience in the field of collection in the P2P or Multifinance industry
You have 3 years’ experience as a collection team leader / supervisor in management.
You have a bachelor degree in any fields or equivalent practical experience
You have experience in managing partners.
great problem-solving skills (proactive, leadership, flexible with strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation)
Strong proficiency in using Gsuite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent command of written and spoken English is preferred.
