About the Role
As a Legal Admin, you can explore in the Company's compliance with company licensing, company documents and compliance obligations for every action taken by the Company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain originals and soft copies of company licensing and company documents
- Manage and monitor company permit and legality deadlines
- Handle administrative work related to Legal and Compliance
- Create a minutes of meeting attended
- Provide regular updates to superiors
- Maintain proper document filing and arrange documents sending to third parties
- Monitor the latest rules or regulations from regulators supporting Compliance function
- Should have at least a student in the 3rd or 4th year of studying Secretary or Law
- Effective interpersonal and fast learning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
