Learning Operations - Intern

In these 3-month program, you will have the opportunity to contribute in creating an impact for our customers by being involved in challenging projects with extensive coaching and mentor support. We are now looking for an exceptional Learning Operations Intern who will play a key significant role in the content team and help understand Kuncie users better in order to create highly engaging classes to set for success. 

As a Learning Operations Intern, you will handle:

Class Operation:

• Responsible for classroom management, before, during, and after class, with the goals of helping learners have an enjoyable learning experience
• Manage classroom and chatroom interactions to ensure high engagement and optimal learning
• Proactively identify and help learners when they face challenges in their learning
• Improve learners’ learning experience through evidence-based insights and intervention
• Manage the communication with learners and mentors regarding classes, cases, feedback, and our tracking tools, or other information that is related to the program
• Deliver and track regular reports of mentors' main performance KPIs (such as learners attendance, assignments, and feedback) to learners
• Manage Instructors to ensure they are fully briefed, deliver awesome classes, and engage closely with learners
• Engage with mentors to improve their performance by giving performance feedback
• Coordinate with mentors to deliver workshops critical to student success

Premium Class Operation:

• Help Instructional Designer for content publishing
• Creating copy for class description, as well as help uploading video material to the platform
• Monitor premium class platform and ensure every copy or info is in order
• Manage comments received on the platform and might need to filter if there's any inappropriate comment

And then you're a person with:

• Good communication skills
• Good analytical thinking and passionate to gain more insights about education and learning program
• Experience in a startup or high growth company would be a plus
• Passionate about education space, with a love for career learning, mentoring and development
