Learning Operations Associate

About the role

We are a startup in mission to unlock human potential, empowering people to prosper doing what they love. We are now looking for an exceptional Learning Operations Associate who will play a key significant role in the content team and help understand Kuncie users better in order to create highly engaging classes to set for success. 

In this role you will:

• Lead learning operation team
• Coordinate with learning operation stakeholders to deliver the program
• Manage class/webinar delivery
• Being class moderator during the program
• Manage all student and grading
• Dedicate to guide students during the program

Desired Experiences:

• 1+ years of industry related experience as class manager
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical thinking and passionate to gain more insights about education and learning program
• Experience in a startup or high growth company would be a plus
• Passionate about education space, with a love for career learning, mentoring and development
