With more than 1.2 million merchants in 430+ cities and regencies, the OVO application can be used to access payments, transfers, top ups and withdrawals, as well as insurance, investment and lending services nationwide.

You Will

• Develop requirements and specifications for new products, processes and initiatives, including analyze the changes/enhancements required in existing products.
• Work closely with business teams to identify new opportunities to achieve OKRs.
• Design and run successful experiments, pilot plans, and roadmap for new products collaborating with business and related operations teams.
• Stay with the project from inception to delivery, while guiding teams of Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other related Product Managers.
• Ensure the consistency and maintainability of the products by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing the solutions.

What You Need  

• Bachelor degree with minimum 5+ years’ experience in product management.
• Experience in launching a product from scratch and scaling it.
• Great communication, documentation, and presentation skills, positive energy, able to help identify, facilitate, and drive a business solution to completion.
• Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal contacts and ability to lead projects involving multiple functional areas to meet critical deadlines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills that allow you to articulate your ideas to engineers and business stakeholder.
