What we expect from this person:
1. Work closely with the mobile engineers (Android - Native & Flutter) to ensure we're building the best products
2. Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment
3. Drive quarter roadmap for the team and discuss with Head of Engineer
4. Work closely with recruiter team to hire best talent
5. Manage and mentor engineering team (Android - Native)
6. Define technical metrics on level engineer and review quarterly with the team.
7. Adapt and improve existing development flow
8. Having good communications skills
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the mobile engineers (Android - Native) to ensure we're building the best products
- Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Drive quarter roadmap for the team and discuss with Head of Engineer
- Work closely with recruiter team (people team) to hire best talent
- Manage and mentor engineering team (Android - Native)
- Define technical metrics on level engineer and review quarterly with the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant engineering work experience, including 1+ years in engineering management experience
- Strong in fundamental programming like SOLID Principle, Clean Architecture or related fundamental knowledge and practices
- Have an experience with complex project
- Have an experience in project management
- Hands on experience in several programming language in mobile development
- Experience in building CI/CD
