Lead Generation Strategy and Management

  • Drive lead generation strategy. Identify and explore new lead channels.
  • Ensure that the business has sufficient high quality leads to maintain a healthy sales funnel.
  • Target / Goals : Number of lead sources, qualification rates, activation rates, GMV generated by activated leads.

Team Management

  • Ensure that the lead gen operations are productive and efficient.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, training and monitoring of lead gen executives to ensure that the capability of the team is sufficient to meet business objectives.
  • Target / Goals : Hiring schedules, training programs, team lead gen quantity, team qualification rates, team activation rates and average shipper size.

Performance Reporting

  • Prepare presentations and reports to update management on lead gen performance.
  • Target / Goals : Ensure that deliverables are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Data Integrity

  • Ensure lead data is accurate and complete in Salesforce.
  • Review operational records to ensure all potential leads are being prospected.
  • Target / Goals : Data Completeness, data accuracy, average response time.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, communications, or other related fields.
  • At least 3 - 4 years experience in business development and sales
  • Experiences in logistics industry would be preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Proficiency in Google Suites
