About the Role -
In this role you would provide advisory support to the teams so that KYC is performed in an efficient, accurate and professional manner, and in accordance with relevant policies. You also would analyze customer complaints and identify actions to improve service. To promulgate good complaint handling techniques across the business, you will play a critical role through the delivery of skilled technical and analytical support, enabling the business to maintain customer satisfaction and meet regulatory policy standards.

What You Will Do :

  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the relevant policies and regulatory environment to ensure all policies, procedures, and data sensitivity guidelines are followed and to the highest quality standards
  • Deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes.
  • Share expertise and knowledge to contribute to improvements in operational processes and policies. Combine subject matter expertise and be able to transfer knowledge to other people.
  • Providing Analytical support and identifying actions to improve service to reduce complaints.
  • Advise on local regulatory requirements and industry best-practices
  • Providing KYC Advisory support to the vendor and/or stakeholders.
  • Monitoring inbound alerts routed to group mailboxes and assigning to the appropriate team for proper disposition
  • Logging cases in the designated tool to track alerts and escalations.

What You Will Need

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of colleagues including senior stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks and to deliver to a high standard of accuracy;
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work to high standards and under strong time constraints
  • Subject matter expert in Know Your Customer (KYC) domain would be an advantage
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think laterally around issues, proposing guidance aligned to regulatory and Policy requirements

Together with the KYC project team and KYC Merchant , your role in KYC Customer is to ensure our Gojek platform has proper KYC processes for onboarding our customers and merchant-partners, overseeing the compliance of all regulatory requirements and delivering the best service level for the KYC process possible. We work closely with other cross-functional teams, including AML, Regulatory Compliance, Risk & Fraud, Product, and Customer Care  teams, to deliver seamless KYC initiatives, ensuring the quality and compliance of these initiatives, as well.
