We are currently looking for a Korean Sales Manager to manage sales activities and events (Korean Market) in line with the quarterly /annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed the Hotel budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve set targets
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, focusing on the Korean market
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present effective sales pitches and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote AYANA Midplaza
- Prepare reports on sales activity, performance metrics, and market trends
- Exclusively for Korean Expatriate applicants
- 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the Korean market is essential
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building
- Ability to think strategically while being detail-oriented
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
