We’re looking for a KOL Intern to join our Marketing team, to expand Glints’ brand presence on social media (Instagram & TikTok) to a wider audience in the ID market through KoL/influencer content partnership to achieve maximum brand awareness.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Look for relevant KOL/influencer on Instagram & TikTok
- Connect and deal partnership with relevant KOL/influencer on Instagram and TikTok to establish Glints’ brand presence on Instagram & TikTok
- Ensure operational excellence to provide best experience of KOL/influencer partnership, from preparing KOL brief, creating KOL agreement, handling KOL payment, scheduling KOL content, to collecting KOL content insight

Who We Are Looking For
- Strong interest in influencer marketing and key opinion leader strategies
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while identifying and resolving issues, such as missing deadlines from KOL, and develop solutions
- Excellent communication written & verbal in ID & EN) and interpersonal skills
