We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for Japaese Wedding & MICE Operational Executive to work with our Sales & Marketing team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements for each event
• Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
• Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills.
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management, Public Relations, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
• Problem-solving ability
