IT Project Management (PT Commerce Finance)

Responsibility :

• Plan, organize and implement the company's technical projects based on business needs and according to OJK regulations and best practice. 
• Assisting senior management in completing ad hoc projects, and the IT audit process. 
• Representative for entity during OJK Audits and regular IT steering committee meeting.
• Monitoring and evaluating project progress, implementing changes where necessary.
• Perform regular checking and reporting for company’s IT assets (software and hardware)
• Analyze and share recommendations of technical specifications based on business inquiries and Profit and Loss analysis.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors from reputable university, majored in IT (Preferable but not a mandatory),
• Proven working experience as an IT Project Management role for minimum 3 years, especially in the financial services industry.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Modeling, Pivot, etc).
• Time management and planning skills.
• Self driven with high initiative to problem solving.
