Responsibility :
- Plan, organize and implement the company's technical projects based on business needs and according to OJK regulations and best practice.
- Assisting senior management in completing ad hoc projects, and the IT audit process.
- Representative for entity during OJK Audits and regular IT steering committee meeting.
- Monitoring and evaluating project progress, implementing changes where necessary.
- Perform regular checking and reporting for company’s IT assets (software and hardware)
- Analyze and share recommendations of technical specifications based on business inquiries and Profit and Loss analysis.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors from reputable university, majored in IT (Preferable but not a mandatory),
- Proven working experience as an IT Project Management role for minimum 3 years, especially in the financial services industry.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Modeling, Pivot, etc).
- Time management and planning skills.
- Self driven with high initiative to problem solving.
