Backed by Temasek, YouTube’s Co-Founding CTO, blue chip VCs, and key industry insiders, Migo delivers data up to 100 times cheaper than existing networks, and that cost advantage is growing.
Migo launched in Indonesia in 2020. Migo’s initial product is sachet passes providing customers access to entertainment and education at convenient neighborhood clouds (aka Migo Download Stations/MDS). Migo today has more than 1,000 locations covering over 20 million Indonesians.
In September 2021, MNC Vision Networks (MVN), a subsidiary of leading media conglomerate MNC Group, invested $40 million for a minority stake in Migo Indonesia, accelerating Migo Indonesia’s rollout to reach 100 million Indonesians across Java by end of 2022.
Prior to the investment, Migo Indonesia became the core distributor of Vision+ (MVN’s OTT) content, by launching Vision+ on Migo to deliver a tailored experience to offline consumers.
In addition to its cornerstone partnership with Vision+, Migo Indonesia also carries entertainment content from a range of top local and international producers, and education content from the best Indonesian EdTech players, as well from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
Job Summary
Migo looking for Investigation Executive who's responsible for acquiring information and reporting cases by interacting with external parties in both overt and covert manner, conducting observation and surveillance and collecting supporting evidence. You will work with a solid team and provide clear direction regarding the findings in the field and always actively improving the process in the investigation to be more effective and efficient.
Key Responsibility
- Monitor daily transaction to spot possible unusual behavior or pattern
- Review the unusual behavior pattern based on data/evidence/documents to analyze the overall fact pattern to be clear summary or report
- Conduct detail investigation, collecting evidence, and give recommendation of the unusual behavior on the ground
- Understand the end to end process and SOP to identify unusual behavior and propose the improvement of existing SOP
- Handling for escalation cases from related stakeholder
- Manage and prioritize a large and varied case load effectively and efficiently to achieve positive results
- Be the ears on the ground on the new and upcoming unusual behavior
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree any major
- Minimum 2 years of investigation related working experience in financial, insurance, and direct selling industry
- Passionate in problem solving and strong intuitions for investigation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy to factor every piece of information in the investigation of cases
- Proven to be able to operate Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with other stakeholders
- Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Having motorcycle and driver license
