Hygiene Manager | AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a Hygiene Manager to join our team at AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA. As a leading hospitality provider, we prioritize the safety and hygiene of our guests and employees. The Hygiene Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our hygiene standards and protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone. The ideal candidate is someone with experience and a passion for maintaining hygiene standards, while also providing excellent service and collaboration with our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement hygiene protocols, policies, and procedures for AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA
• Regularly review and update hygiene protocols and procedures based on industry standards and local regulations
• Provide training for all staff on hygiene protocols and procedures
• Monitor and enforce hygiene standards for all areas of the hotel, including public spaces, guest rooms, and food and beverage outlets
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to implement and maintain a hygiene culture throughout the hotel
• Maintain a record of all hygiene-related incidents and report to management

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Environmental Health, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hygiene-related role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of hygiene protocols, policies, and procedures
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Knowledge of local and international regulations related to hygiene and sanitation.
