Human Resources Manager

AYANA Hospitality, a leading name in the hospitality industry, is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the HR department, ensuring that our staff receives the support and resources necessary to excel in their roles. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with our corporate goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Develop and implement training and development programs
• Evaluate employee performance and conduct annual reviews
• Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary issues
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR management
• Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Experience managing employee relations and handling disciplinary issues
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
