We’re looking for a INDUSTRIAL RELATIONSHIP STAFF to join our HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATION DEPARTMENT to maintain the compliance and completeness of Hubbers legal documents and protect the legal relationship between Glints and Hubbers to avoid dispute.
What You'll Be Doing
- Ensuring that all company regulations/policies that apply in the company according to applicable laws/rules are implemented and executed properly
- Conducting Employee Relations Development and Management of company permits with the Manpower Office related to industrial relations
- Overcoming and Anticipating Disputes
- Following up on Violations of Company Regulations
- Maintaining good relations with internal and external companies (community, agencies, government, and other related institutions) to support activities related to industrial/employee relations
- Helping to resolve cases of violations of labor laws/PKB, monitor and provide suggestions for improvement

Who We Are Looking For
- Degree from University, major in LAW
- Having experiences in Industrial Relationship minimum for 1 year.
- Familiar with Indonesian Law (Omnibus Law) and able to handle dispute is advantage
- Able to communicate and write in English.
- Excellent in interpersonal skills
- Capable in make relationship with stakeholders & Legal Case
- Ensuring Compliance with Regulations
- Conducting Employee Relations Development
