Job Description :
1. Develop and manage Operational Risk Framework, Methodologies and Governance.
2. Lead Quality Assurance teams, manage 2nd line assurance audit/ control of risk taking units including but not limited to Credit Assessment, Anti Fraud and Collection.
3. Drive regular review of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for all functions, evaluate reported Operational Risk Issues, identify and describe problems, ensure corrective actions are properly planned, executed, monitored and followed up until the issues are fully solved. Update operational risk policies and procedures from the lessons learned.
4. Coordinate with Responsible Person (RP) of each functions including Risk, Business, Finance, IT, HR, Customer Services, Legal & Compliance in implementing Operational Risk Framework, analyze and report operational risk profiles to the unit head, related functions and to Risk Management Committee.
5. Provide recommendation on how to improve business process and controls, review new business / product prior to, during, and post launching.
6. Monitor and report all Operational Risk Losses and work with Finance team on the accounting treatment of the Losses due to Operational Risk Issues.
7. Prepare and support various regular / ad-hoc reports to OJK, funding partners, association, BoD, BoC and other related parties.
8. Lead the development and update of Business Continuity Management (BCM).
9. Develop Operational Risk awareness culture in the company through Operational Risk training, workshop, sharing session, other learning materials.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with experience in related position min 5 years in financial industry.
2. Understanding of OJK regulation, regulatory audit experiences, various interaction with regulators, associations, and financiers.
3. Proven experience and specialize in Policy, Procedure Anti Fraud, especially in Credit Risk.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, committed and possess initiatives and drives in job.
5. Ability to multi-task, with a positive attitude and to work independently with a minimum supervision
6. Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
