Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relation

Job Description

• Works with senior management and business units to prepare robust Group’s financial projections with respect to various operating strategies, shareholder value measures, and other metrics or objectives.
• Prepares standalone and consolidated forecasts, and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas.
• Develops and updates models and methods to analyze volume and profitability trends to develop both short and medium-term forecasts.
• Assists in revenue, expense, and cash flow projections and expense saving opportunities within all areas of the forecast models.
• Provides high level performance “dashboard” quality reports to senior management.
• Analyse actual results to understand variances, and revise financial projections as appropriate.
• Delivers presentations to various levels of management about financial planning, forecasts, projections and analysis.
• Performs sensitivity, scenario and what-if analysis, as well as analyzes the financial impact of changes in business and new business opportunities.
• Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework to increase investors’ confidence and belief in the Group’s vision and strategies for delivering shareholders’ value.
• Analyse and present financial trends, provide insights on market activities and present them to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or Business or related field.
• Certified CFA (will be an advantage).Minimum 8 years of working experience in similar senior corporate finance management position.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Indonesian GAAP would be advantageous and preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have some experience in carrying out feasibility study of new project/new business opportunities.
• Must be technologically adept and possess exceptionally good computer skills, being highly proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptionally good written and verbal communication skills (Indonesian language and English) in drafting reports, proposals, and recommendations for the Board/senior leadership as well as in drafting engaging and impactful messages to the investors.
• Familiar with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
• A good understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets, key metrics for companies in the industry, industry dynamics, and customer trends.
• Should have a strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, proactive, agile, and able to meet tight deadlines.
