About the Role
As our Head of Brand and Marketing, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the GoPayLater Go-To-Market team, managing initiatives to be delivered as agreed objectives, planning, and developing the brand and marketing strategy. You will also collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Building team capabilities to take Product Marketing & Brand Creative teams to new heights
- Manages campaigns and initiatives to be delivered as agreed objective, budget, and timeline
- Develop and advocate the brand strategy, brand portfolio architecture, and brand guidelines of GoPayLater and its products
- Utilize research data to come up with sharp consumer insights and compelling message propositions
- Function as the ultimate gatekeeper of brand guidelines compliance across all channels
- Runs campaign pre-test to optimize the impact
- Collaborate with growth and performance marketing to constantly improve customer acquisition, new user activation, and customer experiments
- Manage Marketing budget for both tactical campaigns & brand awareness
What You Will Need
- At least 10 years of overall experience in marketing, brand management, content marketing, advertising, and other related fields
- Strong knowledge of various marketing channels; social media, email marketing, Push Notifications, and other possible channels
- Strong knowledge in marketing and brand building
- Comfortable using data to generate insights for designing marketing campaigns
- Strong project management, organized person, and have strong attention to detail
- Strong collaborative and communications traits, able to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid leadership and comfortable in leading small to a big team
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheet, Microsoft Excel) and presentation tools (Google Slide, Microsoft Powerpoint)

Our team’s collective goal is to shape the convenience of accessing consumer lending products on our journey to provide financial inclusion for all Indonesians that resonates with trust and reliability. This role will be part of the Consumer Lending Platform team within the GoTo Financial Services Platform. We are constantly figuring out new ways to prioritize easy access to financial products like Buy Now Pay Later with scalable integration for a wider range of partners in new verticals. The team will work not only with Gojek internal product teams like Transport, Food, GoPay, and others, but also with our third-party payment facilitators, and other partners. This is an exciting time to join our relatively new team as we’re prepared to expand rapidly in 2022 by tapping into newly-emerged offerings within the GoTo group ecosystem and beyond.
