Growth Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies and initiatives to drive company's revenue and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Data to identify growth opportunities and execute strategies to achieve business goals. Your main responsibilities will revolve around:

• Identifying growth prospects within Stockbit & Bibit across diverse user segments to improve user engagement and retention
• Act a project manager in leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement execute growth initiatives effectively and efficiently
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Data, and other teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives and priorities
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
• Develop strategies to improve the company's revenue and growth and leverage insights from market analysis and user data
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on key business decisions to drive sustainable growth

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the following areas: Management Consulting, Capital Markets, or Multinational Tech, Internet & Software, or similar industries
• Strong knowledge and experience in investment and capital markets, with a preference for active involvement in the Indonesia Stock Exchange
• A problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and a strong foundation in economics and business
• Robust project management and communication abilities to effectively oversee complex projects and engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Expertise in process improvement initiatives
• A high level of enthusiasm for collaborating and influencing cross-functional team
• An inquisitive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
