GoKasir is one of Commerce Enablement’s point-of-sale (POS) systems used by small-medium businesses to record transactions and evaluate their sales. As one of the focus products, many resources coming from different lines collaborate in a GoKasir “Tribe” to deliver sustainable product development and empower businesses to grow. One of the crucial parts of the Tribe is GoKasir Business Analyst.
As the intern to assist the Business Analyst, you will also assist everyone in the tribe in driving data-driven strategies and playing an important role in the new data-driven operating model, where you will focus on relentless execution of experiments to drive optimization and instrument data for fast feedback loop. Together with the Business Analyst and Strategy & Growth Analyst dedicated for GoKasir, you will basically assist GoKasir Business Head in strategizing and prioritizing projects in driving business growth and delivering merchant-centric experience through analyzing merchant’s behavior and listening to the voice of merchants.
What You Will Do
- Assist in exercising meaningful data to identify target merchants, create analysis and drive actionable insights in addressing business problems within GoKasir
- Instrument data through control towers for fast feedback loop, to monitor end-to-end merchant journey, to monitor experiments for optimization, and to track success metrics across GoKasir
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure initiatives across acquisition, engagement actions (such as webinar, offline events, etc), feature adoption, and retention run properly and executed in data-driven and innovative ways
- Assist the planning and execution of strategic projects within GoKasir tribe
What You Will Need
- In the journey of obtaining Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Data-driven with a commitment to process; programming skill would be a plus point
- Passion for collaboration and coordination between different teams and environments
- Exhibit project management skill and an ability to multitask without getting frazzled
- Good presentation skill
- Willingness to learn!
