Gamification - Post-Live QC

Job Overview : 

• Deliver 100% post live QC process: executing thorough front end check and make sure that the overall game is delivered with zero fault
• Maintain operational QC tracker.
• Align with game PICs or other stakeholders regarding all the necessary QC process, including tracker maintenance, issue troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
• Record daily findings.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from any major
• Background/experience in operations from any industry will be a plus (experience in operations within a tech industry will be highly preferred)
• High attention to detail
• Willing to be assigned for night shift with one day off per week
