- Deliver 100% post live QC process: executing thorough front end check and make sure that the overall game is delivered with zero fault
- Maintain operational QC tracker.
- Align with game PICs or other stakeholders regarding all the necessary QC process, including tracker maintenance, issue troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
- Record daily findings.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Background/experience in operations from any industry will be a plus (experience in operations within a tech industry will be highly preferred)
- High attention to detail
- Willing to be assigned for night shift with one day off per week
