The main goal of the Resource Management Support (RMS) team is to build standardized processes and frameworks so that the Fleet and Shipper operations teams can build and manage their fleets efficiently, to in turn achieve the necessary capacity to support operations. The Fleet Resource Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing Acquisition and Retention programs of delivery personnel and delivery partners.
The Fleet Resource Manager will:
Develop and maintain relationships with delivery partners
Develop and manage central channels of leads acquisition
Work on complex partnership negotiations with service providers, including drafting and reviewing of all contracts and presentations
Provides data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize our commercial performance and improve market share.
Analyzing patterns and trends in market behavior to support strategic decision making
Work with Training and Operations team to ensure that acquisition, onboarding journey and training methods result in high performing officers, couriers, and delivery partners
Coordinates with fleet teams to achieve the proper mix of fleet
Delivery of shared services to support stability of resource management of LM teams
Ensure compliance with applicable company, legal and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing or Human Resource Management
Proven supervisory or team management experience (at least 3 years)
Strong existing working relationships with external partners
Data-driven and analytical approach in strategy formulation and execution
Experience in recruitment is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication and a creative thinker
Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
