Key Responsibilities:

• Create model to forecast on strategic planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation of the business
• Develop a performance tracking measure to ensure that operational result and cost is properly monitored.
• Collaborate with the finance team, management, and other stakeholders to reconcile and analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Maintaining the forecast model and keep on improving the model by benchmarking to the actual trendline.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of work experience. Ideally, some of this experience should be in a strategic finance role such as FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or Commercial Finance, or in a role that involves analytical thinking and strong financial skills.
• Have a track record of developing and managing budgets, creating financial models, conducting forecasting, and performing financial statements and variance analysis.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and be willing to go beyond the defined scope of your responsibilities.
• Open to challenging the status quo and possess the ability to support and collaborate effectively with senior business partners.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, as you will be expected to convey complex information and models in a clear and concise manner.
