Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Provide commercial financial analysis on KPIs giving data driven insights to aid decision making and manage all data and dissemination of commercial results across the business to support the growth of a business. In charge of business forecasting, creation of financial budgets, management reporting, consolidation and conducting performance-based analyses.

What you will be doing

Reporting

• Supporting for consolidation and presentation of budgets and forecasts in conjunction with Regional Management requirement with a high level of analytical capability
• Management Reporting involve consolidation report, Promethee risk report, monthly flash report, treasury, AR analysis & etc
• Perform freight forward and logistics BU profitability, communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvement
• Prepare monthly forecast and coordinate with different stakeholders to gather information impact on the monthly KPI present to senior management for awareness
• Any other reports required by Regional or HQ not mentioned above

CAPEX & Commitment Management

• Ensure DAC quality and timeline are met
• Ensure completeness of Asset Inventory management and compliance with DAC requirements
• Controls the investments and provide concise profitability analysis to Managing Director and Regional ASPAC Finance
• Ensure quality Memo is issued to support DAC together with relevant quotations in compliance with regulations

Others

• Support for investment to provide feasibility study with financial modeling include profitability, payback, IRR, NPV, WCR & etc (Development of new business)
• Participate or co-ordinate with Regional on any projects or new tools development as and when required

• Carrying out any other request made by their manager.

The successful candidate

Technical

• Degree in Accounting or Financial Management, Professional Certificate or in relevant field is an advantage
• 2-3 years working experience in similar function
• Good knowledge of accounting, analysis and reporting
