What Will You Do?

Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions and updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, related departments, and customers
Resolves customer accounts by examining payment plans and history to determine if collection letters need to be sent out on delinquent accounts.
Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfers to accounts receivable reserves, verifying totals, and preparing reports.
Facilitate payments of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients and ensure effective filing of documents
Follow up on client receivables regularly and or as needed.
Data reconciliation for daily business activity (purchase and sales)

What Will You Need?

Bachelor's degree or professional certification
1-2 years of hands-on Accounting experience, preferably with data reconciliation and account receivable experience
Knowledge of local VAT and reporting requirements
Working knowledge of financial reporting software – Xero, Oodo
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP will be an advantage
