Finance Manager - Portfolio Company

Responsibilities

• Establishes internal controls and framework for local finance & accounting department
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions and ensure the financial reports complied with local financial reporting standards
• Supervise and manage AP, AR, general ledger, tax, etc
• Work with operations and compliance teams to ensure compliance of local rules and regulations
• Document & compile necessary reporting whilst liaising with external auditors
• Provide other business support as required

Requirements

• More than 8 years of relevant experience 
• Familiar with local laws and regulations
• Advanced user of excel 
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. Well organised, careful and patient, high attention to detail
• Self-directed, self-motivated and also be a strong and collaborative communicator
